Buckwheat is one of the best sources of quality protein and is very easy to digest.  It provides a primary source of absorbable protein, which is considered to be of the same quality as that found in meat and fish.  It’s also very rich in complex carbohydrates and antioxidants and contains significant levels of trace minerals, such as zinc and copper

Sunflower seeds rare rich in fibre, and contain essential fatty acids and antioxidants and are also a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Linseeds are a well known source of alpha-linoeic acid, one of the omega 3 type essential fatty acids. Linseeds are also rich in fibre and phytoestrogens.

Psyllium seeds are renowned as being highly beneficial to health, due in part to the quantity of both soluble and insoluble fibres, which help with digestion and are often used in detoxing regimes as a result.  Taken regularly, psyllium seeds help clean the digestive tract thus and so improve the quality of  digestion, enabling you to absorb nutrients more effectively.
